Founded in 1976 by a group of visionary African American professional women, Les Birdies Golf Club, Inc. was created to open doors—introducing women and girls to the game of golf while fostering leadership, confidence, and community impact.

What began as a shared love of the game has grown into a legacy of service. Through our scholarship program, tutoring initiatives, school partnerships, and youth golf programs, Les Birdies has invested directly in the futures of young women—awarding over 40 scholarships to deserving students and supporting local schools across the Cincinnati area.

Our members are active both on and off the course, volunteering at regional and national golf events, mentoring students, and partnering with organizations like First Tee of Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky to bring golf to the next generation. Whether hosting clinics, coat drives, or community celebrations, we believe golf is a powerful tool for connection and opportunity.
